The production process of sheet glass was invented in 1961 by the Belgian Graville Manufacturing Company. Compared with the flotation process which dominates the glass industry in the world today, the lattice process combines the no tin batch process with the flat-drawing process organically, and uses the no tin batch forming pool and the flat-drawing process to achieve the purpose of drawing flat glass from the free liquid surface. The glass with thickness of 0.8 to 12 mm can be drawn smoothly. Its greatest feature is that the thin glass with thickness of less than 3 mm can be produced steadily for a long time. Glass, and good flatness, small thickness difference, excellent product quality. This kind of ultra-thin glass is mainly used in slide glass, instrument, electronics, mirror industry, picture frame manufacturing industry.
